June 28, 2010: Paper Tulip

 My administrator at work really admired the lillies that I had made, and asked me if I could do a tulip.  When I'm asked that question, I'll be honest - I'm never 100% sure of the answer, but I usually say yes.  :)  She wanted a white tulip, and this is what I came up with.  I used the same chalking technique as I did for the lilly, using the top photo HERE as my inspiration.  I'm really loving the softness of the chalking; I think I'm going to have to pick up some more colors.  I didn't have pink chalk, so I mixed red, orange and peach to get this peachy pink.  Hope she likes it!
