August 19, 2010: Black Magic

This was the second card we made at my last Stamp Camp. It looks a lot more time intensive and complicated than it actually is! We stamped on black cardstock with white pigment ink, then colored over it when it was dry with watercolor pencils.
In order to make a higher contrast, we then dotted and dashed around the colored areas with white gel pen. This had the added bonus of disguising where we colored outside the lines. :)
