May 11, 2011 Four Frames & Ruched Ribbon

Pin It Now!
This was one of the cards Sharon Skelton designed for us to make. She used River Rock and Not Quite Navy cardstock, and the gorgeous embossing is from the Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder. I love how Sharon layered the 1 3/4" Scallop Circle Punch with Wide Oval Punch! Layering the stamped image punched out with the Decorative Label Punch left a perfect five scallops open for the lovely Basic Pearls. It's such a cute touch!

I'm THRILLED to report that the Baja Breeze Seam Binding used on this card is one of the carry-over items from the spring Occasions Mini! It is the perfect counterpoint to my favorite Victoria Crochet Trim.

The Paisley Petals Designer Series Paper and the Four Frames Stamp set were available last month as a promotion, and will be available again in the new Big Catalog on July 1st.

This is a color combo that I never would have been courageous enough to try on my own...but I really like it! And there is plenty of room for any of the sentiments in Teeny Tiny Wishes. :)
