Isn't this a bright cheerful card? It's so cute! Nancy, a fellow demo who is a total sweetheart made this one for a swap I was in.
I'm not 100% sure on the technique, but I'll take a guess. :) The stamp set is Flower Fest, which is a great one because it coordinates with so many of the punches Stampin' Up! sells!
I think what Nancy did was stamp Flower Fest in Black Staz-On on Window Sheets, then she dripped drops of reinker in Crystal Effects and swirled it on the back of the Window Sheets to make this amazing stained glass effect. Then she punched out the pieces with the Five Petal Flower Punch, the 2 3/8" Scallop Circle Punch and the Butterfly Punch. The remaining pieces were cut out with Craft & Paper Scissors or Paper Snips.
Nancy took a base of Basic Black and topped it with a Whisper White card, and added a sentiment from Herb Expressions in Basic Black Classic Ink.
It's such a cute card and I love the shine!
