May 25, 2012: TGIF!

Pin It Now!
As promised, here is my comparison of the new firm foam pads using Stampin' Up!'s Soft Suede.  Soft Suede is one of my favorites, and I always keep my pad well inked; my old pad was reinked only a few weeks before I did this comparison.

Ordinarily, with the old fabric pads, you use a "twist, twist, tap, tap" motion to get your stamps nice and inky for full coverage.  With the new firm foam pads, as you can see, only two light taps was more than sufficient to ink up my stamp.  The color is much more saturated and stays wet just a fraction longer - long enough to heat emboss!  I know, right?  Heat embossing with a dye-based ink pad - unheard of!

You may also notice I'm treating you to a couple other sneaky peeks here.  :)  This die cut (in Very Vanilla) is from the new Oval Accent Bigz Clear Die, which I got to pre-order from the new catalog as a perk of being a demo.  And the adorable stamp set?  That is the new Make a Cake that I got for FREE (with new ribbons, Designer Series Paper and other stamps) for recruiting during Sale-a-Bration this year...one more way Stampin' Up! loves to spoil their demos!

Want to be spoiled?  Sign up to be a demo and choose exactly what you want from Stampin' Up!'s awesome lineup - $125 in dies, stamps, accessories, you name it! - and pay only $99, plus you get a business starter pack ($65 value) for FREE! There are a TON of reasons and perks to becoming a demo...E-MAIL ME for more details.  :)

I love to spoil my hostesses, too!  E-mail me to schedule a time for a fun girl's night in.  You provide the snacks, I'll provide the fun...AND you get free Stampin' Up! products as a hostess!
