I did this handmade embellishment for a wedding swap a while back. The conditions of the swap were to use only black and white. I did this completely by hand. The base is a textured die cut using a Sizzix Originals die (one of my favs), which I layered with a combination of die cuts and punchies to make the embellishment.
The smaller flowers are flower confetti from the Bride's section at Michaels. They didn't sell black so I bought white and died half of them black. I also added a couple rhinestones for shine. :)
