This is a card that I made on commission for the grandparents of a new baby. Grandparents are often forgotten when gifts and cards are handed out, so I wanted to make this extra special.
The design is one I found on the very talented JanTink's blog called a Marquee Card:

The front embellishment is very, very pale, so it didn't photograph well but is actually a stork carrying a baby.
I think it came out quite well and I was pleased with how the design mechanism worked.
