I needed another birthday card on commission, and after making two others I ran out of oomph. I tried a couple things but nothing came together, so I decided to try this week's Mojo Monday sketch. I like how it came together, and I thought the big bow was great fun.
I'm quite sure that I saw someone's card a while back using Stampin' Up's En Francais background stamp behind a round window with Crystal Effects over the top for shine. So I decided to do the same, although I don't have any Crystal Effects on hand...so I cheated and used window sheet. It still shines, right? :)
